Organization

Welcome to the Hoover Youth Basketball League official website. The Hoover League is a volunteer ran non-profit organization that is proud to serve the families of the Elk River Community. The purpose of our our league is to provide a positive, safe and structured environment in which to teach our local youth the great game of basketball. Although friendly competition is encouraged, our primary focus is on the kids having fun, making new friends and creating lasting childhood memories
